What is the ban on Apple watch Series 9 and Apple Ultra 2 from the American markets?

It has decided to stop selling the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 in the United States from Apple.com starting December 21 and from Apple's retail locations after December 24, just before Christmas.  Whereas the company says that both these models of Apple will be available for sale outside America.

The main reason for banning the Apple Watch is believed to be the impact of an international trade decision against Apple as a result of a patent battle between Apple and a company called Masimo.  While Apple's official statement is that the fight will continue.

Apple Company's goal has always been that Apple Company's teams can provide better products and services to its users by providing them with facilities that are beneficial for their health.

Apple says that if customers can think of a new option to make their products Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 available in the US markets as per customer demand.

Apple watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 include blood oxygen sensing technology, due to which there is no restriction on the sale of Apple watch SE in the US market.  This means that it is not involved in any patent infringement cases.  Because such an illusion was created among the American customers that if these series of Apple fall in the banned category, then the money they have spent on these expensive watches will not turn out to be a loss-making deal.  Go.  But to solve this dilemma of its customers, Apple has officially said that this ban will not have any effect on those who already have this model.

According to American official sources, this restrictive order is still under the review period of the President.  Therefore, there is a possibility that it may be vetoed by the President.  What this clearly means is that Apple can continue selling its products to customers.  As long as Massimo can continue his legal battle.
